Paige Berland,
MA, LPCC, LBA

Clinical Supervisor / President of Clinical Operations

Paige has worked in the field of ABA since 2007, and has spent time working as a behavior specialist in both the in-home and center-based settings. Paige has worked as an individual therapist, lead therapist, program supervisor, and clinical supervisor. In 2011, Paige became a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and in 2014 became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Camille Heyman

President of Program Operations

Camille has worked in the ABA field since 2002. She has worn many hats over the years working as a behavior therapist, lead therapist, program supervisor, and treatment supervisor. Camille continues to work across both in-home and center-based settings conducting therapy with families and working with the MBS staff. Currently, Camille serves as both the President of Program Operations and the Director of Human Resources.

Meghan Olsen, MA, LPCC, LBA

Center Clinical Supervisor

Meghan began her career in ABA as a behavior therapist in 2011, after graduating with a degree in Child Psychology. Meghan continued her growth working as a lead therapist, program supervisor, and clinical supervisor, working with families across the state of Minnesota in center-based, school-based, and in-home settings. Meghan became a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in 2017 and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2018.

Anna Schultz, MS, BCBA

Organizational Training & Development Coordinator

Anna has worked in close partnership with children and adolescents who exhibit learning and behavioral differences since she earned her bachelor’s degrees in psychology and philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016. She went on to earn her master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from Florida Institute of Technology in 2021, after which she became credentialed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®). She has experience working in a variety of settings, including clinical centers, family homes, community settings, early learning environments, summer camps, alternative living settings, and research facilities.

Britni Eberlin

Director

Britni has 7 years of ABA experience and has been with Minnesota Behavioral Specialists since 2020. Britni has worked with kids from 2 to 16 years old, and their families in both the home and center settings. Britni graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and was MBS’ first employee. When she is not working, Britni likes spending time with her dog Blueberry, reading, or coaching volleyball.

Nena Krick, LBA

LBA

Nena has worked in the field of ABA since 2019, in both center and in-home settings. Nena has worked as a behavior therapist, lead therapist, and senior therapist since starting with Minnesota Behavioral Specialists in 2023. In 2024, Nena became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Morgan McElligott, LBA

LBA

Morgan is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages. Throughout her career she has held many roles, starting as a center-based behavior therapist in 2015. She has also worked as a lead therapist, program coordinator and school-based BCBA for a large school district.

Senior Therapists

Chantel Browne

Center Senior Therapist

Chantel recently earned her Master’s in special education with an emphasis in ABA from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. After 3.5 years in the field, Chantel found her passion for training new/incoming staff as well as learning and providing assent-based and neurodiversity affirming care. Her hobbies outside of work include baking sourdough, reading psychological thrillers, and walking around the city.

Kaylee White

Center Senior Therapist

Kaylee is a Senior Therapist in training at MBS, joining in September 2023. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, with minors in Neuroscience and Sociology. Kaylee has extensive experience working with children, including through Hope Rides, an equine therapy program. She is committed to creating a fun, safe environment for children to grow, while working closely with parents to tailor interventions to each child's needs.

Taylor Dougherty

In-home Senior Therapist

Taylor has worked at MBS for one year. During this time, she has worked as a Behavior Therapist, Advanced, Behavior Therapist, and is now working as a Senior Therapist within the organization. Taylor graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an emphasis on early childhood development and has experience working in the field and center-based environment. 

Hope Tims

Center Senior Therapist

Hope is one of our Center Senior Therapists. Before she came to MBS, she spent 5 years working in the human services field, an area in which she has been an advocate her entire life. Hope’s goal is to come alongside kids and families and help them become the best version of themselves.

Ryan Taufen

Center Senior Therapist

Ryan has worked for MBS since 2023, and during his tenure, he has held the position of Behavior Therapist, and Advanced Behavior Therapist. In 2024, Ryan transitioned to a Senior Therapist in Training.  Ryan graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Carrie Knafla

In-home Senior Therapist

Carrie has over 10 years of experience practicing ABA therapy.  She has worked with clients both young and old in both the center and in-home setting.  Carrie has a Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology and is also a Registered Behavior Technician. Carrie began working with Minnesota Behavioral Specialists in 2021. 

Bethany Davidowitz

Center Senior Therapist

Bethany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities in May of 2023. She started as a center-based Behavior Therapist at MBS in October of 2023. Before MBS, Bethany spent 4 years teaching young children through Early Childhood Learning Centers. She is a strong advocate for children’s mental health and well-being. Bethany’s goal is to bring joy and smiles to children’s faces and create a better life for their families.

Jessica Burtman

Office Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator

Jessica began working at Minnesota Behavioral Specialists in 2023. Jessica provides leadership and direction as the morning office administrator in our center. She also serves as the scheduling coordinator. She helps keep the chaos to a minimum and the day running smoothly.

Mallory Godfrey

Office Administrator / Recruitment Specialist

Mallory has worked at Minnesota Behavioral Specialists since 2023 as the center office administrator and recruitment specialist. Mallory is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in business administration.

Anne Adkins

Billing Specialist

Anne is currently our billing specialist. She has many years of experience working in medical billing in both clinic and insurance company settings. In her free time, she can be found scrapbooking, crafting or camping with her husband and their dog, Miss Ellie.
